Returns

• Eligibility: Unused, unopened products in original packaging.
• Timeframe: Within 30 days of purchase.
• Process:

  Email support@luxxgrooming.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Return the product within five business days using a trackable service.

  We’ll notify you via email once the return is approved or rejected.

• Non-Returnable: Opened/used products, unless defective or damaged.
• Shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless we made an error.

Refunds

• Eligibility: Approved returns of unused products or defective items.
• Process: Refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
• Amount: Product cost, excluding original shipping. Store credit is optional.
• Non-Refundable: Final sale or promotional items.

Exchanges

• Eligibility: Defective products or incorrect items.

• Shipping: We cover shipping for defects/errors; otherwise, the customer pays.
